My morning has been too busy for me to get more than a second cup of coffee.
I just typed the word "foreword" in Word and it called it wrong, but the suggested correction was "foreword".
I'm to that point with my beard that I have split ends again.
After I put the creamer in my coffee, I put the pack of paper towels away (which was a puzzle/challenge in and of itself). Afterwards, I didn't remember that I had already put creamer in my coffee so I put more in it. Now I realize that I had double-creamer'd it, and it's way too sweet.
I wish WebEx would stop with the whole moving-target with the end meeting button. Whatever the button is to assign a new host on that dialog needs to be the one that pops up on the left side of that button group, leaving the "Cancel" and "End Meeting" buttons where they are. This is basic User Experience stuff, Cisco!
I'm starting to wonder if what I've been calling aphasia this week is just exhaustion.
I knew that skipping breakfast would lead to being hungry during this 11:00 meeting...
I have a Java project open that doesn't look at all familiar to me. When did I open it? What is it even supposed to be?
Stupid aphasia.
I wish we lived somewhere that I could split wood by hand as a stress reliever, and that my body didn't protest so hard when I do such things.
The way the Spotify DJ pronounces band names.
Okay, Slack... Seriously! I don't use the :thank222: emoji ever so stop shoving it in my face. I use the :thank_you: emoji. Show me that one.
Seriously, Slack. Why are you showing me emojis in my recently used list that are things I have very explicitly NOT USED, and are not showing the ones I actually used?
I tried to share a video on bookface of an elephant pushing over a tree and just walking away, but as a GrumpLog promotional post. I went to edit it and it deleted the video.
I am beyond stressed out.
I am getting overwhelmed by all these dang flood alerts. I'm not worried in the least, as during Harvey we got over 20 inches of rain in one overnight storm, and the most issue we had was there was water at the curbs on the street. We can handle it.
The next mobile alert that pops on either of my phones or my watch will result in said device learning to fly.
Slack.
The reactions I commonly use in Slack keep getting reset to things I never use.
I'm incredibly tired, brain fried, and Grumpy. I shouldn't have to feel this way on a Friday evening. At least I think it's Friday, can't be sure of that...
I'm so incredibly tired that my arms feel like they're about to fall off.
It would be great if this AI AVR systems could detect vocal tone and adjust the hold music to compliment it.
I am feeling very Grumpy this morning.
When cold weather creates a platform for political soapboxes and agendas.
In today's phantom smells: Skunk.
An autocomplete search box that doesn't observe user input and match it to the massive list of options.
Online registration forms that don't allow using a password manager or the clipboard but expect a high complexity password.
When people use "fancy" fonts on presentations. Can we just work with serif/sans-serif fonts please?
Why does my work computer smell like a wet diaper?
Pupil dilation.
